same exact thing happened to me. I challenged the ruling and it did no good. I had to buy another copy of BF V and start all over again. EA owes me money! But since I will never get an apology and reinstatement, I have decide to not support EA buy never purchasing any more games from them in the future. It is the only power we have as consumers.
