Battlefield 1 / V - PC freezes on exit

Every time I exit the game, my PC completely freezes, and the only way to shut it down is by holding the power button. This issue has been happening for over a week now. I've tried multiple "fixes" from different forums, but none of them have worked.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D  

GPU: AMD Radeon 

RX 7800 XT  RAM: 32GB DDR5 

MB: ASRock B650M PG Riptide
