Battlefield 5 cannot open stuck in splash screen

I get a warning that battlefield 5 is running in the background. It closes itself before I can go beyond the splash screen.  Anticheat  automatically closes  the game. I bought the game from Epic Games. Can you help me?

    Hello @wisegun,

    You should try repairing the game inside of the EA app. Also, you should try uninstalling/installing the game inside of the EA app.
