Battlefield 5 doesnt work for me

Hi I gameshare with a friend on xbox and I'm trying to play battlefield 5, but it says I need to buy the game. I heard they had an issue with the trial of the game back then if you downloaded the trial some people had that issue where they couldn't play multiplayer or anything. I was wondering if it's possible to remove the trial from my Xbox system. I've tried re installing and everything and it still doesn't work.
