I have everything i can disable disabled on startup and in systemconfig everything but ea background whatever disabled. How come I have NEVER had this issue with any other game than a EA game. ODD

Community ManagerThat's definitely odd @MrP4SCH3N, as if it were an issue with the game itself, we'd see it affecting everyone.
Since that's not the case, there must be something unique to your system or setup that's conflicting with the game here, so on top of the steps above it may also be worth a clean boot of your system to see if there's any change.
