Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Launch Game
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) all the time i try to launch
Summarize your bug My battlefield 5 wont launch and i have tried remove 2 folders that yt video says and using admin on ea app but nothing works
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i dont know
What happens when the bug occurs? just go backs to the ea app
What do you expect to see? well launching my game i bought from you.

    @yellowcabco Hey there,

    Have you tried running a repair on the game within the EA App?

    If not can you please try that and let us know if you're still running into this issue so we can see if theres further troubleshooting we can try going through.

    i have repaired cleared cache uninstalled redownload it updated graphic card and uninstalled ea app removed everything that has to do with ea and its in my firewall and its running as admin aswell nothing works , and i press play button and then load for like  2.-3 sec and then just nothing just get a crashdump on both battlefield 1 and 5
