Battlefield five decorations task does not display.
In Battlefield V, my m1 Garland rifle and some other guns all reached level 10, but the system did not release the task of unlocking the gold-plated decoration, and many refreshes did not receive a reply, hoping to solve this problem, which greatly affected my motivation to play the game.

If you've checked and confirmed that the rewards are not in the Armory waiting to be claimed, you can try the suggestions in the "Item Acquisition" section of the BFV FAQ:

However, if those suggestions do not work either, you will need to visit help.ea.com and open a support case. The steps you would need for this are:
- Go to help.ea.com.
- Search for Battlefield V.
- Choose the "I'm looking for something I earned" option.
- Select either the "Email us" or "Chat with us" option (depending on what options appear at this point).
