Battlefield resets after every gameplay

Question

Once am done playing a game and close it, the game starts from the scratch (resets and plays all the way from the introdtion) and resets all the settings changes i made!! This is really frsutrating as i have played the intro and 1st chapter 4 time already&nbsp; :( Please help
