Battlefield V - Class Mastery Assignments Missing for All Four Classes (PC)

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem with Battlefield V on PC.

All four of my Company classes have reached rank 20: Assault, Medic, Support, and Recon. However, none of their Class Mastery Special Assignments appear in my Assignments menu.

Because these assignments are missing, I cannot complete the mastery challenges or unlock the associated cosmetic uniform pieces.

I contacted EA Help, but the support representative told me they could not resolve the issue because they did not have access to my account data. My problem is still unresolved.

I have found reports from other players experiencing the same issue. Some players reported that EA Help was able to restore their missing assignments.

Can a community manager or an EA representative please explain how this issue can be resolved? Could my case be escalated to a team that can investigate and restore my missing assignments?
