Battlefield V

Question

Hello,I redeemed a Battlefield V code today. It said that I got the game, and when I tried to install I got an error. After the error, the game was gone... I cant see it im my libarary anymore.&nbsp;The support chat (EA) can see that I own the game, but cant help me "recover" it so I can see/install it.Does anyone know how to fix this?&nbsp;

Hello, I got the code from a friend. I think he bought it on a 3pary reseller

I chatted with 3 diffrent EA support ppl yesterday and all of them can see that I own the game. But I cant see the game?

@ANTEJKIGNEN Best to go back to EA Help for further assistance in that case. Account issues can't be resolved on these forums as nobody can access your game account.

It might be worth keeping in mind, though, that purchases from unofficial third party sellers can be removed from your account (see the "What if I purchase from unauthorized digital retailers?" section here:
https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/faq/where-to-buy-ea-games-v2/), and there's only do much EA Help can do to assist when problems occur.
