Battlefield V account ban

I'm a Chinese player. The account was banned on April 10, 2019 for cheating. I have never used the online functions of battlefield V. On September 5, 2025, I lodged an appeal against the ban of my Battlefield V account and communicated with EA customer service several times during this period. I received an email from EA Maylene at 19:10 on October 7th, asking me to provide the account information and try my best to check it. The account was still banned until October 26th. Is there anyone with the same problem as me? You haven't used the online functions before, but your account has been banned from using them?
