battlefield V and 1 not launching

Question

Both BF 1 and BF 5 will not start at all just minimizes origin and nothing happens I've tried reinstalling the games, changing the config files, using DDU to uninstall graphics drivers and then reinstalling them uninstalling and reinstalling origin, ran origin and the games in administrative mode and disabled antivirus and firewalls still nothing.

@Nickzip Close Origin and Service processes (OriginWebHelperService.exe & OriginClientService.exe).

Delete all files in 2 folders

"C: \ ProgramData \ Electronic Arts \ EA Services \ License"

"C: \ Users \ <user name> \ AppData \ Local \ Electronic Arts \ EA Services \ License"

Restart Origin

@Nickzip Did you try to clear the Origin cache?https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/Even after a new installation, faulty files can hide there.

@Nickzip Turn off "cloud storage" and "origin in game".

Origin in the game: "Origin-> Application Settings-> Origin in the game-> Remove the checkmark"

Cloud storage: "Origin-> Application Settings-> General-> Cloud Storage-> Uncheck".

It could also be a DNS cache failure. Try it in CMD
"ipconfig / flushdns
Incompatible software can cause a clean boot to detect this.
