If it's the issue I'm thinking of, it's usually due to the permissions on your account. It'd be worth opening a case with EA Help at help.ea.com. They should be able to take a look.
Just to let you know, nobody here can access game accounts, so there isn't much we can do about account issues, other than give general advice.
