Battlefield V and I can’t play online even with Xbox ultimate subscription

I downloaded battlefield V wanting to use online services. It wants a upgrade and I have ultimate game pass. i have played battlefield 2042 and Jedi without any fail who BF5?  I need some help ...

решили проблему? у меня такая же фигня при загрузки пишет ошибка
