Battlefield V Definitive Edition | Missing CC | Missing class assignments | Help
Hi there,
I am writing to get some information and with any luck reach EA/DICE staff who will be able to help me. To start at the beginning, I bought Battlefield V Definitive Edition back in February this year. I quickly noticed that I wasn't receiving any company coins for leveling up, which made my experience extremely hard, (I wasn't able to upgrade anything due to this), after doing some research it turned out that this is a known bug related to the edition of the game I bought, because I have already received all the weapons in levels 1-20, the game thought that I had received all the rewards, effectively stripping me of my hard earned cc, as seen in the other threads, I contacted EA support to get help. I did it three times, the first two did not help me in any way and only recommended not to play the game for the time being, after a few days I contacted EA support for the third time, at first I thought I was lucky to finally meet an agent who knew how to manually add the missing rewards, I was told to wait, So I waited for three long months, to be precise, to no avail, as I did not receive the promised Company Coin, at this point I lost hope and decided to let it go, but unfortunately I recently discovered that it is not only the Company Coins that I am not receiving, but also the special class leveling assignments, which effectively prevents me from getting my special class skins. So of course I tried to contact EA for the fourth time, something had changed as the live chat option was no longer available, the only way to get in touch with the emplyees was via email, every other reply meant contacting a new person oblivious to previous facts established during mu correspondences, it basically felt as if I was talking with someone having a terrible case of amnesia, in a cruel twist I was the one suffering. Finally after a two months long "conversations" I was directed to a completely different contact option labeled under an issue not linked to my problem in any way, by an agent. For the next month I tried to receive help again with the help of live chat, to no fruition.
Ten long months of trying to get one thing fixed is starting to feel a little ridiculous. It looks like the company doesn't respect my precious time and money at all. I have been lied to and my cases have been dismissed time and time again. I am still waiting to receive the content I have earned, please help me as I don't know what to do and I fear I may be out of options, if you have read all of this, I wanted to thank you with all my heart, it means a lot to me.
