This issue is common and can be easily fixed with the help of EA support. Contact EA support and explain your situation in detail, they will help you out.
Ya I did many times and still no help to the point where they are the ones who told me to post in the forum.
I can reach out to them again (for the actual 8th time) regarding this issue and they’ll give me the same response. I’m not getting any help or any news
EA support is the only way of resolving the issue. Thousands of players have resolved the issue following the steps above, including myself.
