Battlefield V Multiplayer interface screen missing. XBOX

There is a big blank page when it should be filled with interface icons to click on.   Also the game servers randomly shut down even if they are full. and Platoon tags randomly not showing on playe...

Platoon tags still randomly not showing in game. and game servers randomly shutting down when full.

this problem was reported about a year ago.

 

We now have  a new problem where we are all missing a ingame menu please see picture.

in blue box we should have ingame  menu options, which no longer exists.
