Battlefield V network issues lots of packet loss UO Trace tool results

I am getting a whole bunch of packet loss on battlefield V now and do not know why. I almost cannot play because of how bad it is I get rubber banding and it stinks. I have the highest tier internet at cox so not sure why this is happening and it worked before and had no issues. here is the inline trace tool (UO Trace) results but not sure what they tell me

    Looking at your UOtracer you are having packed loss outside of where you live. I recommend that you reach out to your ISP. @AU5T1N_UOFA  
     

    @Gattlin have you tried our connective guide and see if that helps?

    @chinsrus101 I see that also on the right hand side not sure why. Computer runs great on most everything

    @EA_Atic Thanks for the help nice to know it is not something internal on my end. Started working well this week so they must have been doing something. Thanks for the help again!
