Battlefield V stuck in "Trial Mode" with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate sharing

I have a technical issue with Battlefield V on Xbox Series XIS. I am using an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription via a secondary account, and I have correctly set my console as the 'Home Xbox'. All other shared games are working fine, but BFV is stuck in "trial version" mode, and I cannot access multiplayer.
I need you to manually remove the trial license status from my account, as this seems to be a common issue with this specific game.

You'll need to open a case with EA Helpfor this kind of issue, as nobody on the forums can access your account. If you use the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below, you should be able to open a case or have a live chat.
https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/update-ea-account-info/ (it was the closest I could get to a support option for the issue).
You might need to speak with Xbox Support instead, but it's definitely worth trying EA first of all.
