Unlink my steam account from hacked EA account

Also, just so you know, when a platform account is unlinked, all content and progress is lost. You will be starting over as if it were a new account when it's moved to a different EA account.

1. the problem is that whenever i try to do so and submit a case it does not appear as if it has been officially sent 

and I cant talk with   an advisor because it is not available for this case  
and this is the message that I see  whenever i try a live chat 

"THIS ISSUE ISN'T SUPPORTED BY ADVISORS"

I don't have any problem with losing the progress if I can get back the access to my games on steam throughout a new EA account

Try typing into the AI search "update EA account information". When you get to the part where it asks if that resolved the issue, hit no and you should get an article with the option to chat.

I still can not chat with any advisor and the same message appears 

"THIS ISSUE ISN'T SUPPORTED BY ADVISORS"

You need to choose a different reason for contacting support. The one you're choosing is not supported for chat. Try these steps:

1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/
2. Scroll to the bottom and use the 'Contact us' button
3. Type "update EA account information" in the text box
4. Enter battlefield 6 and the platform you're on
5. Click on "Did this fix your issue?" and select 'No'
6. Click on the option for chat
