Battlefield V Trial Player glitch

I got Battlefield V off of the EA pass and I was able to play the multiplayer but now anytime I try to play anything besides the war stories it says I’m a trial player. This has been an issue with people since 2019 and I still haven’t found a fix for it, if anyone has any idea of how to fix it then please let me know.

    Hi @M1A1LIFE There isn't a workaround for this as it requires changes to be made to your account. If you're playing on PC then you can open a case with EA Help at help.ea.com, and if you play on console then you'd need to contact the platform provider.
