Battlefield V was unjustly banned
My account was stolen in early 2024, and by the time I discovered it, the Battlefield V in my account had already been banned. I have no idea what happened. At that time, my account did not have multiple protections. I suspect that the other party stole my Outlook email account password and then used it to steal my Activision account. During the years when my account was banned, I have been appealing, but the issue has not been resolved. This not only prevented me from playing Battlefield V, but also left me feeling very depressed. I believe that the issues caused by account security should not be solely borne by me. Now that I have the conditions to activate multiple protections, I have been requesting the official unblocking of my account. Since 2024, I have applied for unblocking 20 times on the official website, but no one understands my situation. The official is also unwilling to send personnel to review my issues, and only appears to treat all banned individuals equally with colored glasses.
Especially after the appeal at the end of last month, I received a reply in my email saying that they still believed their punishment for me was right, but on the official website, my ban record showed no ban history. I thought the authorities had brought me justice, but when I happily downloaded Battlefield V and restarted the game, the EA app prompted me that the game had been banned. I repeatedly refreshed the official website to check my ban record, but it kept showing that there was no ban record.
At this moment, I finally understood that they had just closed the entrance for me to appeal, so I couldn't appeal anymore. It was really a good tactic. Ignoring my experience and even closing the entrance for my appeal is the behavior of the world's top gaming companies.
When old games cannot create more benefits for them, they will no longer care about us players, and they may even be too lazy to spend time learning about your experiences. In their opinion, I should rebuild my account and purchase Battlefield V again, and then shut up. Actually, the cost is not high, but! If I really did that, then I would have compromised towards a wrong outcome! If every player compromises and does not receive proper and friendly treatment, what is the purpose of EA's existence? Just taking our money and then abusing and insulting us ordinary players?
I will not compromise. I will keep every appeal email and fight against unfair rulings until the authorities realize his wrongdoing.
Finally, I would like to reiterate my demand: to retract your erroneous judgment! Lift my five bans on the battlefield!
