BFV not showing up in library
I had redeemed a product key for Battlefield V (World Wide) and as I was installing the game it said that the download path had failed, I then go to my library to check if I can just pick a different download path just to see that my library doesn't even have BFV.
I then emailed CDkeys for assistance but they said they could not do anything as the key had been accepted and redeemed, I then went into the EA Support tab to see that BFV was there and said that I owned it and made a ticket for it but still no help.
I also checked this Answers Community with people having the same problem as me but nothing worked.
I have cleared app cache, reloaded the EA application, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and even tried updating the app to no avail.
What did I do wrong?! Please help
