Can’t access EA account to play battlefield V

I haven’t played battlefield V in a while. It tells me I have to log in to my EA account again and it has sent the email a code. I do not have access to that email anymore. I have another EA account (this one) but can’t link my Xbox account until it’s unlinked from the forgotten email. I might be blind but I’m not finding anywhere where I can contact customer support and ask them to help. Has anyone else dealt with this???
