@Alaankid Have you tried going through them one by one, rather than using the option to claim them all?
Yeah I can equip gear like helmets and pants and stuff, but not those listed.
Sorry I should have been clearer. What I meant was try claiming the items from the Armory one at a time, don't use the claim all option. Is that something you've tried yet?

Just be clear, I can’t claim or equip the items individual I can only claim all or claim other items individual
I have actually being able to fix some of the free guns but the equipment is still the issue, cause I went to purchase the lunge mine via company coin and that’s when it began and route cause I didn’t know it was free
That's a pity. The only other thing I can think to suggest would be a full reinstall.
