Can you guys tell me how can i get the tiger skin that has german flag on top of its turret i saw it in the game and it looks cool i just want to get it

It is in the "Rausgeputzt" Collection in the Armory for 990 BFC in the vehicles section.
I know this is old but I'm getting in there for others who still have this question. It is now in the "All Dressed Up Collection" in the Vehicles armory section
