I had this problem, I repaired Battlefield V through EA, and then I used task manager to close all EA related stuff, restarted my computer for good measure (sometimes it can help if it's a internet thing), and then I launched it again through EA since it will now be recently synced. Restarting was probably not needed but it did fix my problem! If this doesn't work I have no idea what will. Good luck!
