Can't figure out what characters hacker is using in name to report.
Cant seem to find this player by searching name. Could use help. Quite certain was using a bot based on what and how they were doing what they were doing. Name looked like this.

Can't figure out what the two bars are on either side of the underscores. Tried capital i, tried regular bar above the forward slash, tried lowercase L, but nothing comes up. I assume this is done on purpose.

The rules of the forum prohibit the posting of names (even examples) via text/video (Name & Shame) due to legal reasons such as potential defemation. Even if its completely different, someone with a similar name that's real could get involved (it's just a huge mess overall thats why it is best to not show anything).
You might have gotten the name correct as well, the user could just have stricter security settings than usual.
Being a community forum the most users can do is provide you with a couple of links to help sort out your problem.Sounds like you used this link for an official report - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/ which is great, so your video/screenshot proof should be all they need, just make sure to explain how it could be tricky. Give one or two examples in the box provided and if they need any more info you should get a follow up email 👍
