Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once that is done reinstall the game and try again.

Believe me bro I've tried everything mentioned by you, the others, the Xbox support center too, but without any hope, thanks again.- x--Fusi--x4 years agoSeasoned Ace@DiYaRDJN I found that in microsoft forum
Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.
Please perform the following two solutions:
While the Xbox is on, go ahead and do a hard reset and power cycle to the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds or until it shuts down. Once the Xbox is off, remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60 seconds before turning on the Xbox. Holding down the power button on the console to force a hard reset and then removing the power cable are both important steps.
If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a soft factory reset.
Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide.
Scroll to the right and select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the accounts that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the reset. - x--Fusi--x4 years agoSeasoned AceBut I also like your solution, playing BF1. 🙂

Still better than BF1 even if BFV worked well 🙂- Mo3tazibrahim4 years agoSeasoned Ace@DiYaRDJN i love battlefield 1 by far 🙂
Hey all, for those of you who may still be experiencing this issue. i have discovered an easy fix.
The problem lies within your windows firewall as its blocking connectivity to the BF5/BF1 servers from what ive experienced on windows 11. Once you allow access in you're firewall the game should work and connect. it will ask you to update in-game and that should fix the problem.
as for windows 10 i believe this can fix the issue if it occurs but im strictly talking about windows 11.
Hope this helps
- SpoilerHow would I contact Xbox support to do that
I fixed it by deleting my save data then restarting. U can also just buy the game to fix it
