Can't report cheaters

The game absolutely infested with cheaters. Some of them blatant not even trying to hide it. Bum rushing enemies point blank with an smg going 70-0. Your reporting system doesn't work. Just like your anti cheat. I click to view their profile so I can report but it doesn't load. It's just loading and loading and loading and loading forever.

Absolutely USELESS reporting system. USELESS anti cheat.

    @Andretti2014 Oh dont worry this thread will be shut down and swept under the rug like always. Every single server in NA right now has cheaters. Every single one, and im not exaggerrating. Its pathetic on so many levels

    I'm getting beamed across the map by a guy with an LMG. He has over 100 kills playing as infantry. I click on his profile so I can report him. But it is just loading and loading and loading forever. I can't report him.

    USELESS anti cheat. USELESS reporting system.

    @Andretti2014 If the overlay isn't working then you can make a report directly to EA Help:

    "- Click Contact Us from any page on EA Help.
    - We recommend logging in to your EA Account.
    - Select your Product.
    - Select your Platform.
    - For Topic, select Report concerns or harassment.
    - For Issue, choose from Real-life threat, Report player, or Report website.
    - From here, you’ll open a webform to let us know more about what happened."

    Its been over a year since @EA_Kent promised an increase from EA on Anti-cheating in his post. Yet there was a hacker recently who got reported everyday and had near 200 play hrs cheating, I don't understand how that is EA increasing detection when someone gets reported every time they play for months and EA doesn't do anything until a case ticket is open with supporting video sent. Why is it the CONSUMERS job to find and report cheaters? We aren't the ones with ban authority, we cant even vote kick a cheater off a server.

    Seriously, Letting hackers cheat that long in the game only frustrates others and encourages other cheaters, proving EA DOESN'T CARE. If they did EA would make good on what @EA_Kent  promised in his post on January 2021 about "Our approach to anti-cheat".

    @DragonGnutz I completely agree. This situation with some individuals is really ruining the game. There is a lot of talk about people cheating while they are not, but for a couple of people the cheating is so obvious that it can't be just coincidence. I opened 3 reports in the last 2 weeks. I usually am cautioned before reporting anyone. but when you get headshot over and over and in weird places and seeing that this person has +100 kills and almost no dead, something is fishy.

    To EA, jeez, do something about it, and please do everyone a favor and send out a communication of how many people were banned. It helps restoring the trust towards the gamers. If you want still our money that is.

    @DragonGnutz EA cares.. they care about you NOT buying and playing 2042. Letting their BF5 servers remain infested with cheats and game breaking glitches is their way of motivating unwilling holdovers.

    2042 is on sale over at Steam for like $35. I'd pay that for them to fix BF5 and add some active server administration.

    But that's not going to happen. the cheaters for all intents and purposes have EA as a corporate sponsor.

    I thank EA by voting with my wallet... not another nickel from this franchise player.
