Hi matthewusf200,
You will need to talk to EA Help I'm afraid, as nobody here has the ability to provide missing items. The steps below should give you a contact option (I just tested and got the email option):
- Search for Battlefield V on the EA Help site and select it.
- Select "I'm looking for something I earned".
- Scroll beneath the article that appears and select the email case option.
If you don't get the contact option, try using the site while not logged into your account (make sure you select the option to remain logged out if it appears).

I've tried doing this, but EA won't continue with the case unless I authorise it, and when I hit the button to do that, it sends me back to the community answers

How do you mean authorise it? I dont quite understand. You should be able to create the case without signing in at all, but I might be able to work out where it's going wrong if I know more.

When you follow the link from the email after making a case, it says you need to resume the case, but all this does is take me back to the community answers page and doesn't say how to contact EA

Got you, thanks for the info. Live chat might be better then. The "I need help restoring my progress in the game" should let you initiate one (again, try while logged out if it doesn't appear initially).

Thanks man, I'll give it a try and hope for the best
