Thanks for giving it a shot for me.
What happens if you set up a Clean Boot on your PC before you launch the game? If there's something else running at the same time that might be causing this to happen, a Clean Boot may help get around it.

Looking through the diagnostics section in the DxDiag you attached there appear to be some crashes happening with a few Windows system processes. When you have a chance could you try running the Windows System File Checker to see if that helps? If there's an issue with a missing or corrupted system file that might help fix this. You can find more info on how to run the tool over at the Microsoft Support website.
