CPU usage 100% usage with 11700F

Is it normal to got 50% cpu usage when I am still at the menu? I always got 100% cpu usage when I am in game and make me hard to play it My setup: i7 11700F 3060 24GB Ram and a SSD with 65 GB Sp...

    @P35P Hi what anti virus do you use on computer ? Perhaps make sure the whole bf folder is excluded from AV. Helped a lot on my computer and fixed the stutters. Now I can play both dx11 and 12 with no stutter ! I use bitdefender btw.
