Detected Microsoft Basic Render Driver driver unkown

I'm having a problem launching Battlefield 1 and V.

I performed a AMD cleanup utility to try and fix one of the issues which was AMD version 0.0.0 bug, I did a amd cleanup and now it has removed my graphics card from the graphics card section and now I can't connect to it causing another issue.

the new issue is that 'Detected Microsoft Basic Render Driver driver version Unkown.'

Please help! Thank you

    Ok so I fixed it not using this, I reinstalled AMD Radeon Software and that fixed it and now I can launch the game.
