EA Account need help/answers.
I need help, I do not know what is going on, I'm not getting any answers and I am not getting contacted.
I preordered/purchased BFV on my PC and my PS4, I can attest everything was fine up until a few days before BFV launched on the 15, I preloaded it on PC and PS4 and everything was fine no problems. After this, I go to log on in PS4 and I got a message that for the safety/security of my account it has been locked and to contact EA Help. I then think what the heck and then try to log into Origin (the PC App and the web-based version) and get a message that my account is not available.
I go back to EA Help the next day to look at my ticket numbers and see they have been set to status "Resolved" and there is no information or anything explaining what happened. Can I please have someone from EA respond or give me something?!
EA Help isn't helping or even responding, I am getting no answers to any questions or even replies. I have never had a problem with my account but then after dropping $160 my account is locked, I get NOTHING as far as why and I'm just in limbo wondering what the hell is going on. Did someone try to hack my account? was it flagged for something? if so what? Once again EA help is telling me nothing can I get "Something or an idea of what is going on at all?

Just wanted to follow up, looks like everything was cleared up today and my account is ready to roll. I was freaking out because didn't know what was going on, you letting me know someone was looking into the issue put me at ease and today it was all cleared.

Just wanted to let you know I am all set and wanted to say thank you one last time, I know it might not seem like a big deal but your help and looking into the issue and just that small update was really meant a lot.
