EA customer support and product development is a disgrace

Just as an example of the disregard of the BFV gaming community and how EA mistreat the community and their customers.

This was regarding the server hack that causes redeploy in BFV.

"At our forum, we adhere to a rule (here ) based on which we are closing any discussions related to cheating. Our experience has shown that such conversations tend to lead to negative outcomes, creating a toxic environment.

If you come across any suspected cheaters in our games, we encourage you to refer to our article on 'how to report ' for the appropriate steps to take"

As you can see they do not take the problem seriously and the silent any criticism so they do not have to take responsibility. Hacking and cheating in BFV is
a very big problem. The issues in BFV should be addressed. The rules in which to follow to report cheaters does not work, or at least not very good, since they come back time after time.

When you buy a car, even an old, you can fix the car. In this case the game you still can purchase comes without warranty and you cant fix it.

If we in the gaming community says over and over there are issues that needs to be address, just fix it. As I understand BFV did not reaching the sales figures upon release
due to bugs and managers at EA must have pushed the developers to release a non proven game. Coming to BF2042 it is so bad that most stay with BFV. So BFV would be the biggest success story of all time for the BFV series, hence the motivation still to address the problems. At least such as the server issue of redeploy.

Its admirable that you are so big as a publisher that you don't need to treat the customers and gamers with more respect than this. Dice, to be a prominent developer of games, does not even take time to auto-answer the customer. Shame on you! I do not expect this to be visible in the forum because I probably violate several of your rules, but then take this to the EA CEO and explain that it is a disgrace... You have become too big and forgotten your place and why you exist....

    Hi, @Snabeldragon

As you might know, we have a rule to close any discussions related to cheating. This measure is in place because we cannot investigate cheating directly via forum. You can find more details here.
