Error Code 1 when joining this server

Hi Guys, Been having this issue in one server only that I cant join ask already the admin and they dont even know whats error code 1. Can someone help me on this please. Emailed EA Sports and until ...

Hi @alakdan13_35odv That error code appears to be network related. It might be worth trying the steps in the guide below, if you haven't already.
