There needs to be someone looking into this as there might be a serious vulnerability on the server side of things
I know this was the case because the chat was spammed with a message about the cheat making people crash to desktop and seeing a first wave of people getting disconnected a few minutes before crashing myself

it's not about implementing any anti cheat
BFV works with dedicated servers meaning that whoever is making people crash has managed to tell the server to send people somethine specific
This could mean anything from a ''minor'' bug that only allow you to make people crash to a major security flaw that could allow hackers with enough technical knowledge to send other people what ever the * they want through the game server
I've encountered the server redeploy hack recently. I've also come across people somehow wearing body armour. It's totally out of control.
But this one is a DoS attack. Very serious.
yea I had something similer but it just kept making people redeploy, really weird
Just had a guy crashing a server i think.
He was laying mines in a snake like fashion, hundreds of them, that then exploded one after another.
I was like, damn, i need to take a closer look.
His carracters body was all warped and rag dolling as he was laying the mines and then BOOM crash to desktop.
There was also 2 cheaters thst battled each other before that, on the same server.
I was looking to find the game again, but it seems he crashed the whole server.
EU/Germany server, around 17:30 CET. Map was IwoJima.
