Freezing every second when in-game however can move the cursor

I decided to install Battlefield V again after a while and every time I enter a game the game just freezes then is fine then freezes again then is fine once again its like it happens every second and...

I have the same problem, the game freezes for 2-4 seconds very often. I've tried: a clean reinstallation of Windows 11, deleting the game and launcher, deleting the config file, changing the SSD drive, nothing helps. 

Please help
