Front line V neglected to send off from Steam EA play

Hey, I definitely dislike EA play purchased on Steam, where I downloaded Batllefield V.

I downloaded Front line V on Steam, attempted to send off it, and when it openes EA application, there is a mistake message saying it "Neglected to send off game" (A blunder on our end made send off come up short. Attempt once more somewhat later).

There are two things I found that could end up being useful to determine the issue.

1) Altough I have EA play actuated on steam and I have account connected, I dont have it in the EA application.

2) I can login to my EA account by two different messages which appears to be peculiar to me, so I figured it might bring the hardship in light of the fact that the essential email for EA isnt the equivalent for Steam. Can't change the essential email so it would coordinate, on the grounds that the email adress is now registred (that one I use for steam).

I dont understand what to do straightaway, and I tracked down just unsettled strings, so I trust it wont work so I can tear my hair out of my *.
