game isn't running

I downloaded Battlefield 5 via EA APP this evening after downloading and running about 90GB of data on my E drive (HDD). Only a white execution window with the Battlefield 5 logo appeared, and the game stopped and the EA APP screen appeared again. Since then, the game has not been running and this inconvenience has been repeated indefinitely, even after reinstalling and restoring the game. I ran it with administrator privileges for both the game program and EA APP, and then restarted the computer, but the same problem was repeated.

    Hello @rozef1027,

    It's very hard to pinpoint an issue in cases like this. Firstly, you should try uninstalling/installing the game. After that you should update your graphic card drivers. Give it a try, it might work.
