@MrShlongy I've moved your post to the Battlefield V tech section. Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@MrShlongy I'm not an expert on Battlefield (I actually don't play it at all), but there's one thing that jumped out at me. Your dxdiag lists several errors related to RGB Fusion and EasyTuneEngineService, both Gigabyte apps that have been reported to cause fps drops, auto-minimizing, and even crashing in some games. Try disabling them before you launch the game. The fastest way to do so for one play session would be to open the Task Manager and manually kill the processes. Start with RGB Fusion.
Edit to add: I agree as well that drivers shouldn't be updated for their own sake, but in this case, the driver released today has some improvements for BFV. If your computer hasn't auto-updated already, you can download manually from the Nvidia site or from within GeForce Experience. If other interventions don't help, it's worth trying, and of course GFE has its own update to accompany the driver. By the way, the option to stop GFE's auto updates is under Settings > General, at the bottom of the page.
From your screenshots, it looks like DLSS is actually enabled, and you can't disable it. This might be caused by GFE optimizing your game settings, although I'm not sure. At any rate, you can undo the optimization by going to GFE's list of BFV settings and clicking Revert. The option to disable auto-optimization for new games is under Settings > Games.

You access event viewer by typing event viewer in the search field for win 10, then you check the Application section.
If you have never done this before then its advisable to just google how to use event viewer first. ITs jsut a log so you cant do anything wrong in there if you click around tho.
tbh I had the same behavior 6 months ago with dxr and dlss enabled. But since i didnt like the performance hit dxr gave for a very little effect improvement and dlss just make the game look bad, I just turned it all off. Havent even looked back since. but seeing you invested a lot of money in a RTX card I understand it would suck to not have DXR on.
As @puzzlezaddict mentioned there is a brand new driver out that you should try first. Note that the driver was yesterday bugged forcing GFE to install regardless of selection. If this still happens then you can just uninstall GFE from add/remove program afterwards if you dont want to use GFE.
If the new driver doesnt help you try disabling the stuff mentioned by @puzzlezaddict . If that isnt working I would try first to uninstall GFE to see if that helps seeing that it seems to be doing weird stuff on you system.
If that doesnt help you may try to lower your in game graphic settings (when you get back control from GFE). Frostbite engine is famous for having weird crashes when using some settings. An example is that in Anthem right now, many players crash if they have texture and mesh on ultra. Changing it to high fixes it. The same happened in BF1. I was affected by that myself in BF1 for a short time. My fix back then was jsut to lower that one setting and wait for the next patch that fixed the bug. Make sure to report it as a bug if you stop crashing when changing your settings.
If that doesnt help then disable DXR and DLSS and see if that helps. If disabling DXR and DLSS helps then enable DXR and see what happens. If you crash again then you know the problem is related with DXR, if it doesnt then the problem is related to DLSS.
However it is very likely that the even viewer do have some sort of error message when you crash and it may help you in the correct direction.
