help me

I have an account that cannot successfully create a case. I don't know of any other way to appeal. I also can't contact customer service.

@sasaa154 If all else fails then you can try contacting EA Help on Facebook or Twitter and ask them to raise the case with ToS for you.

Hi @sasaa154 You'd need to contact the ToS team to make an appeal, rather that EA Help, as they're the people who handle bans and appeals. The article below will give you more information about the process.
