Help

How come when I try to play Battlefield V it tells me I need to upgrade, I own the game through game sharing but can’t play multiplayer modes. (I think it has something to do with the trial still bei...

    Hi Twitch20006,

    I think you're right about it being due to a trial marker being on your account, as that's what it sounds like to me. 

    This is something EA Help should be able to assist with, so it'd be worth getting in touch. If they can't help, then Xbox Support should be able to instead.

    I’ve opened a couple cases because the helpers keep saying things like “re-install the game” and closing the case, I do have a current case though

      Hopefully whichever agent handles the current case understands the issue and fixes it this time. Feel free to @ me if not, though. 

      It might also be worth opening a case with Xbox support too. I remember people experiencing the same problem in the past getting help that way as well. I suspect that it depends if the marker is on EA's end or Xbox's, but that is an assumption on my part mostly.
