My setup :Processor : i7 8700kGraphic Card : ASUS RTX 3080 Rog Strix OCMemory : 32Gb Corsair DominatorGame is unplayable, have beetween 30-70FPS on low, and ultra is around the sameCPU always 95% to 100% GPU is at 20% or below.I have a fresh install of windows, all drivers are updated (I Think).I'm playing 1080p Resolution 144 refresh rate.

@EA_AticHe did in #5Oh, just looked through it myself, I see that the monitor is 60hz - so see if there is any vsync on as this will limit your FPS to 60 automatically because your Monitor cant display any more FPS anyway.But still that 90 to 100% CPU Usage makes me worry. If CPU is somehow overworked / working bad / buggy whatever and at 100% Usage it has no time to tell the GPU to render a new frame, thats because low FPS and only 20% GPU Usage...But first check Game Settings: Video - Advanced - Future Frame Rendering ON and Vertical Sync OFF and see if that helps.

Hm but I do not know if this affects CPU Performance... Tried waiting until Game has finished calculating shadercache first time you play a new map on DX12?
Else I would check Ctrl-Alt-Del for any other tasks that use up much CPU Resources

I dunno if installing a new graphics card drive will solve the problem, even I am not running the latest ones as Nvidia pushes out new ones almost every week now.
I am not very familiar with the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and what it can do to CPU Usage if you install newer versions, but ok, its at least worth a shot.
Yet with this combination of CPU and GPU it should be able to easily get over 100 FPS. BUT you will always be CPU Bound FPS Wise in 1080p as the 3080 is almost a little bit too powerfull for you CPU. Hell, I have the i7-9700k and a 3080 OC and even then I am sometimes CPU Limited in BFV - and I am playing in 4k (!!) and not in 1080p and get between 100 and 120 FPS
Check your GPU Usage while playing, I guess it will be very low and not even close to 100%...

@Pointi1978 i know my gpu is a little overkill for my cpu. but game was running fine before i did fresh install of windows. (corrupt files). i have literaly tried everything i know and dount seem to make a big difrens

@mouhlito its just the same. just found more bug doing that.
clean boot gave 10 more fps but noting changed to have a inpact

@RaDiaTiionS EA forgot to mention that high FPS this is a privilege for them with an internet provider, which has faster international paths with the current location of EA servers.

EA server Germany = serving Germany at 10~20 ms
EA server Germany = serving Austria at 20~30 ms
EA server Germany = serving Greece 70~75 ms = average frame rate 38 FPS
Min FPS 22, Max FPS 55.

Test the game with off-line war stories, this is the only benchmark for you that you can trust.

@AX-1_THE_GREEK in game MS is around 20-40(From norway). depending server.
I have very good internet too. so that should not realy be a problem. (400mbs up and down)
offline its fine. (140FPS)
