When you contacted Support, did they ask you to try these steps?

You can also try opening the Ports for Battlefield V as well:

If you'd like to try to refund the game, which is up to you, you can try to do so here: https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/great-game-guarantee
Let us know if you're still experiencing issues after trying those steps though.

Yeah I tried all the steps included. I do not understand how one day its smooth connections and after that just un playable on singapore servers. It does not make any sense.

Are you still experiencing issues today after the Update?
I believe they should have fixed some Stability/Performance issues in this Patch.
