I can't Resolve my ban. I'm completely cannot understand ban.

I has been purchased BattleField V through steam on Feb.

Nowadays I'm playing only BattleField V, but someday it was banned suddenly without any reason.

I'm not playing with any other softward unfair, and do not use chat including voice. Even once.

And play alone(multiplay), so there is no possibility to cheat something.

And according to my ban status, the time is 6:03 PM UTC, but it is 3:03 AM at my place(KST).
I usually go to office on weekdays so didn't play til that late time.

So I tried to dispute through mail following guidance, few times, but I cannot see the proceed status or response or something.

I cannot check anything on My Case on help.ea.com, either.

Someone who can help any guide to what to do for address ban?

I attached the last log what I can check through steam.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
