I cant start the game

I downloaded this game again on September 3rd because I had played it before. I had previously encountered a bug where there was no response after the anti-cheat loading window ended, preventing me from entering the game. Now, the situation is even more confusing. Both of my platforms are online, but for some reason, I still cannot launch the game. I have also set the compatibility launch settings, but the result remains the same. Has anyone else encountered the same situation

uh, I solved this problem by entering "netsh winsock reset" in the command prompt window with administrator privileges. It seems that after restarting the network settings, I can play the game normally

  • I gave up. The most important thing is that the game window wouldn't open. After the anti-cheat window ended, nothing popped up. It would only reopen the EA app interface, making it impossible to find error reports or compare them with the reasons listed in the table. Moreover, most of the methods I found online pointed to errors caused by anti-cheat updates. Most of them said their games were affected after August 27th. I adopted their solutions but they were still ineffective
