I didn't receive the firearm in the bundle I purchased
I purchased a bundle in the game called Into the Jungle(进入丛林) that included a Type 2 submachine gun(二式冲锋枪), but I never received it. It shows in my backpack that I still need to buy the gun, then I click BUY but the game doesn't respond. I think this is a BUG, please help me fix it.
I tried to send an email on EA HELP to solve my problem. The size of my email attachment is only 5MB, but it could not be sent out because of my local area.
