I never received my Definitive Edition staff

I never received my Definitive Edition staff . Can someone please help me recover them.

i bought Definitive Edition of game but didnt  Red Devil P38, Red Devil Ruby, Silver Plated 1911

plus some customizations like "Sanitater", "Fallschirmjager", "Jagdflieger", "Luftlandetruppen".

    Hi @_Hans_Visconty_ I could be wrong as I can't find a list of what exactly is included with the Definitive Edition, but I don't believe that those items come with it. The uniforms required tokens from pre-ordering and completing the Road to BFV before it was released, and the Silver Plated M1911 was given to people with EA/Origin Access who logged in during December 2018.
